Other InfoBorn in February 1883 at Mill Street, Aston Birmingham. Son of William Henry and Susan Connor. He was wounded on the 18/11/1914 but died 19/11/14. Buried at Estaires Communal Cemetery and Extension, Nord, France - grave Ref: I. B. 5. He was Married to Ellen and had 3 children. His brothers - George Connor (11147) served with the 2nd Battalion Worcesters, killed in action on 26/9/1915, age 25. Also Charles Connor (9121) who also served with the 1st Battalion and was captured in 1918 and became a prisoner of war. William Henry Connors eldest son joined the 1st Worcesters in 1920 and spent 7 years in India possibly there with his uncle Harry/Henry Connor.
